About Lyne Tilt
Artist. Educator. Creative Strategist. Coach.
I believe that art is oxygen—and clarity is power.
Whether we’re creating, collecting, building, or leading, we need creative expression to stay connected to ourselves and the lives we want to live. Through every offer I create—whether it’s a painting, a ring, a workshop, or a coaching call—I’m inviting people to take themselves seriously. To act with intention. To step into the next version of who they want to be.
For over two decades, I’ve helped people do exactly that.
A Background Built for Clarity + Action
My professional background spans Fine Art, Literature, Education, and Human Behaviour. I hold First Class Honours in Education and completed Honours research through Griffith University examining identity and belonging in adolescent girls. That early work still drives me—because at every stage of life, the question remains: what would it take to truly belong to yourself?
As a former educator and wellbeing leader in schools, I’ve led thousands of people—students, staff, parents, and leaders—toward more focused, values-aligned ways of living and working. Over the last five years, I’ve coached more than 1,000 artists, creatives, and business owners, helping them find their voice, clarify their message, and build with purpose.
I’ve spoken for international audiences (Polymer Week, The Blue Bottle Tree), taught in classrooms and boardrooms, and supported clients navigating big transitions: launching creative careers, refining businesses, rebuilding identities, and scaling ideas they care about.
My art and jewellery are held in collections around the world—not just because they’re beautiful, but because they carry meaning. They act as signals, declarations, reminders of what’s possible.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are ready to show up with more intention—creatively, professionally, and personally.
Some are just beginning: artists gathering the courage to share their work publicly or build a practice. Others are already in motion but ready for more visibility, more traction, or a clearer, bolder message that turns engagement into results.
Many are business owners—some creative, some not—ready to shift from vague marketing and burnout into strategic, values-aligned communication that increases connection and conversion.
You don’t need to be an artist to work with me.
You just need to be ready to take what you do seriously—and build the mindset, language, and structure that supports it.
What You Can Expect
If we work together—through coaching, a workshop, or even through the purchase of a piece of art—you can expect real-world strategy, grounded creative insight, and zero fluff.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not self-help or “woo.”
It’s clarity and action—designed to help you live, lead, and create more deliberately.
Because art isn’t a luxury. It’s how we move.
And clarity? That’s how we make it count.
